Customer Critiques

Excellent tiny RC helicopter to fly indoors (does not function well outside).
LED lights are very cool to watch.
You will need a tiny coordination to use the remote when flying.
Trying to control the UP/DOWN Left/Correct Forward/Reverse and so on. at the similar time is not as easy as I believed. Right after a lot of practice flights, it becomes less complicated and a lot of Enjoyable
If yours quit working, and the bottom blades cease spinning....
Do not THROW AWAY... its nevertheless good.
The same thing happened to me, crashing into walls and objects, I thought all was lost, and the helicopter was "finished".
You just have to have to locate the little gear that came off, mine was stuck under the nose piece.
The impact and torque from the crashes caused the tiny gear for the bottom set of blades "B", to slip off the shaft of the little motor, or mis-aligned from touching the Massive sprocket gear. Take the helicopter apart, locate the gear, and slip the little gear back into spot.
See Youtube video, this was really beneficial (search - "how to fix 339 helicopter").
Make certain you maintain all the small screws in the right order and make confident every thing is put back together the very same way you took it apart.
Fantastic Luck and content flying!

I've only flown this 1 a couple of times, but it appears very superior. And I say this following having attempted 7 other models. I like Viefly models because they are pretty durable, and do not tend to break very easily...being that, they are lighter plastic units, but also mainly because they appear to be built nicely. And they are uncomplicated to manage. But they (like nearly all plastic heli's) tend to shoot-up and hit the ceiling when very first launched immediately after a 'full charge' simply because they are so light weight. So, I decided to try this metal Viefly, and so far so really good. It does tend to hit the ceiling 'sometimes' upon take-off (just right after a complete charge), so I have to be just a little pre-emptive in de-throttling the controller just after a full power take-off. But if I'm just a little cautious, I can prevent that...which I can't consistently stay clear of on most plastic models. And this unit's flight characteristics are good, with fantastic straight forward motion, and only a minimum need to adjust the trim from time to time. But I'll report back later as I test it a lot more, and let you know about durability and flight duration time. The preferred part is that it isn't Over-RESPONSIVE (such as when given a slight command to turn it is nose 'a bit left'... it does not go 'way too far' left, and so on. like on other models...some even start out turning in a total counterclockwise circle when given just a little command to turn its nose 'left'). By the way, the webpage doesn't mention this, but it does come with a USB connector cord. As I mentioned, I'll report back alot more as I fly it alot more, but so far its one of the most stable, durable units I've flown. I've had yet another 1 which was even far more stable than this 1, but that one was so poorly constructed, the gear that turns the lower rotor fell off the motor shaft with just one bump into my cushioend couch arm. So, I'd take durability more than slightly improved flight characteristics anyday. At least, the unit will 'last' alot more than one particular day.
