The original balance bar that came with the helicopter broke on the 2nd crash. I ordered 6 of these balance bars since I thought that I would be breaking them left and proper. But as I got to be a far better pilot I crashed much less and much less severe. I am glad I ordered 6 even though as I have 2 S107's and I did not want any down time if the bar really should break again. I am quite pleased with the item and its high quality. I am also really happy with the delivery time and the service from the vendor and would order any parts I require from them once again.

When this balance bar was a direct replacement, it is not the identical as the original balance bar on my S107. It fit well enough, but the weights are not the same and my S107 was no longer stable through flight. The weights had been not pushed in all the way, so this might possibly not be the exact same for all of these, but for the 1 I received....it was not balanced and there was no way to fix it.

I didn't recognize this wasn't OEM... so I'm out a couple of bucks. I'd recommend buying the OEM one particular to make sure right operation.
